During this session, we talked about the importance of creating a positive and intentional team culture as coaches. It was emphasized that every team already has a culture, whether it is planned or not. As coaches, our responsibility is to intentionally build a culture that encourages transformation, discipline, teamwork, and growth among players

This session focused on how coaches intentionally build, strengthen, and protect a positive team culture. Culture is not created by chance, it is developed through consistent leadership, clear values, accountability, and intentional investment in people. The session also highlighted Jesus' model of developing leaders and disciples as an example for coaches

The final session focused on understanding the role of a Christian coach beyond developing athletic performance. The session emphasized that coaching is a ministry where sports become a platform for sharing the Gospel, building Christ-like character, and transforming lives. Participants reflected on how a coach's influence extends far beyond winning matches and into shaping the identity, values, and future of athletes

The Brick Kiln School Project was launched in 2023 by PAS with the generous support of The Trust Barnabas Fund. The purpose of this project is to provide free education to children living and working in brick kiln communities in Sheikhupura and Nankana Sahib. These children belong to extremely poor families who work daily in brick kilns under harsh weather conditions. Most children are forced to help their parents in brick-making instead of attending school. Through this project, PAS is giving these children an opportunity to study, dream, and build a brighter future

On 17th May, a developmental and engagement-focused event was conducted with Sunday School children to provide coaches and trainers with practical exposure to mentoring and guiding a younger generation. The initiative was designed to create a meaningful learning environment where trainers could strengthen their leadership, communication, and team building skills through direct interaction with children
